VFB Stuttgart 08-09 Home Kit

Stuttgart’s 08/09 home shirt is all-white white with a red hoop in the middle of the shirt. The collar has red and black stripes on the back of the neck.

The Puma logo (shirt designer) is located on the shoulders and right side of the chest with the club logo on the right side of the chest. It has red on the end of the sleeves with the main sponsor in the red hoop in the middle.

Borussia Dortmund 08-09 Away Kit

Borussia Dortmund’s 08/09 away kit is black with a yellow sash running diagonally from top right shoulder to the bottom left of the shirt.

Nike has effectively designed a shirt fit for players and cheerleaders both - this is the best time for BVB to introduce a cheerleading squad, hmmm?

Bolton 08-09 Home Kit

Bolton Wanderers’ O8/09 home shirt is a pleasant surprise - unlike past seasons, this kit is NOT all-white.

It’s still mostly white, of-course, with the new sponsor logo in blue and a shade of navy blue on the shoulders with red trim and blue shorts. You have to see it to believe it - the shoulders look a cross between pads and a holster, although I’m just glad that they’ve gone with something other than just plain-white.

Hamburg HSV 08/09 Away Kit

Hamburg HSV’s preparations for the new 08/09 season sees them stick to the same home and 3rd kits as last season (white with red pinstripes for the home shirt and a solid red for the 3rd) and a new away shirt (HSV are sponsored by Adidas) featuring a similar style to the half-and-half shirts that other European teams have launched this summer (including Barcelona (Nike) and Blackburn (Umbro)).

Blackburn Rovers 08-09 Away Kit

Blackburn’s 08/09 away shirt has a navy blue base with royal blue trim on the collar and sleeve ends and white and royal blue strips running down the center of the shirt (broken by the CP logo).

You have to see it to believe it, but I think Umbro have done an excellent job with the away kit and come up with a progressive shirt design that perfectly accommodates the Crown Paints logo.
